Tohatsu strictly requires all mid-range platforms to be professionally unboxed, rigged, fluid-serviced, and registered by an authorized dealer technician. Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified mechanical checklist and immediate electronic serial registration into the Tohatsu database. Fluid Service: Transom gearcase check and the crankcase filled to its exact 2.5-quart (2.4 Liter) capacity with premium NMMA Certified FC-W 4-stroke marine engine oil. Tohatsu OEM Installation Hardware: All structural high-tensile transom mounting bolts, nuts, and factory battery leads.
