  • Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mechanical defects: Covered under the full manufacturer warranty.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a warranty or carrier claim.

Manufacturer Warranty

Every motor comes with a full manufacturer warranty. If you experience any mechanical issues, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center for warranty-covered repairs.

Shipping Damage

You must inspect your motor immediately upon delivery. If the unit is damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours by contacting +1 931-243-4555 with your order number and photos so we can coordinate a claim with our carrier. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.
