Clay Powersports (our physical location in Celina, TN) handles all outboard motor sales.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of outboard motors—including portable models purchased online—are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every motor comes with a full manufacturer warranty. If you experience any mechanical issues, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center for warranty-covered repairs.
Shipping Damage
You must inspect your motor immediately upon delivery. If the unit is damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours by contacting (931) 243-4555 with your order number and photos so we can coordinate a claim with our carrier. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved.
