Outboard Motor Sales is a trade name of Clay Powersports LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company located at 615 West Lake Avenue, Celina, TN 38551. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Clay Powersports LLC, operating as Outboard Motor Sales. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Outboard Motor Sales is owned and operated by Clay Powersports LLC, an authorized dealer of outboard motors and marine equipment. Our physical dealership is located at 615 West Lake Avenue, Celina, TN 38551. Clay Powersports is listed on manufacturer dealer locators as an authorized dealer.

Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Our Products

We specialize in the sale of outboard motors and related marine equipment. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.

Orders — All Sales Are Final

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before submitting. We strongly encourage you to contact us at (931) 243-4555 before placing your order to verify product specifications, compatibility, and suitability for your needs.

All motors are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering mechanical defects. Warranty service is performed by the manufacturer or an authorized service center — not by Outboard Motor Sales.

Shipping Damage

You must inspect your motor immediately upon delivery. If the unit arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by calling (931) 243-4555 with your order number and photographs of the damage. Do not discard any packaging materials until the claim is fully resolved. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may forfeit your ability to file a carrier claim.

Prices and Billing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your financial institution.

Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is available on portable outboard motors shipped to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses. Larger, non-portable motors are not eligible for online purchase or shipping and must be picked up at our physical location in Celina, TN.

All orders ship via XPO Logistics. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends ship the following business day. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. All delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Use of Website

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our Services to transmit false or misleading information, infringe upon intellectual property rights, send spam, or interfere with the security or operation of our Services. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our website content, including trademarks, text, images, and graphics, is owned by Clay Powersports LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and all products offered through the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, Clay Powersports LLC, its partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any products purchased through our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clay County, Tennessee for any disputes arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
