Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping on portable outboard motors and all accessories & parts delivered to the Lower 48 United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Shipping Carrier — XPO Logistics

All orders are shipped via XPO Logistics.

FREE Residential Delivery & Unloading

We deliver your outboard to your home and safely lower it from the freight truck to the ground at no additional charge. No forklift or loading dock is required for residential deliveries.

Order Processing

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
Daily Operations: Our shipping dock at Clay Powersports operates Monday–Friday and closes promptly at 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at +1 931-243-4555.

Transit Times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your proximity to our Tennessee location. All delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Non-Portable Motors

Larger motors are not eligible for online purchase or shipping and must be picked up at our physical location.
