We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.

Shipping Carrier — XPO Logistics

All orders are shipped via XPO Logistics.

Lift Gate Service (Optional)

XPO Logistics delivers to the curb by default. If you do not have a loading dock, forklift, or the ability to unload a motor from a freight truck, we recommend adding lift gate service during checkout. Lift gate service is optional and costs $99. It is not required for customers with a dock or equipment to assist.

Order Processing

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day.
Daily Operations: Our shipping dock at Clay Powersports operates Monday–Friday and closes promptly at 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or over the weekend will ship the following business day.

Transit Times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days depending on your proximity to our Tennessee location. All delivery times are estimates only. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Non-Portable Motors

Larger motors are not eligible for online purchase or shipping and must be picked up at our physical location.
