We can help you select the ideal aluminum or stainless steel prop pitch to ensure your boat hits its target RPM range. No Engine Oil: The engine is shipped completely dry for legal freight transport. The buyer must add 1.7 quarts (1.6 Liters) of premium Mercury FourStroke 10W-30 Marine Oil before executing the initial crank. No Starter Battery: While the battery power leads are provided, a physical 12V marine starting battery is required to operate the electric start button and is not included.
