Yamaha strictly requires all mid-range jet outboards to be unboxed, inspected, and registered by an authorized dealer. Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified mechanical checklist and immediate electronic registration into the Yamaha Marine warranty database to validate your factory coverage. Fluid Service: Jet pump housing optimization and the 747cc engine block filled to exact capacity with premium Yamalube® 4M Marine Engine Oil. Yamaha OEM Installation Hardware: All heavy-duty structural transom mounting bolts, high-strength lock nuts, watertight sealing washers, and factory battery leads. Pre-Handover Test Run: Full diagnostics verification, including idle stability, 16-amp alternator charging checks, fuel delivery pressure, and complete electronics vetting via the Yamaha diagnostic computer network.
