Suzuki strictly requires all mid-range outboards to be unboxed, rigged, and registered by an authorized dealer. Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified mechanical checklist and immediate electronic registration into the Suzuki Marine warranty database to validate your factory coverage timeline. Fluid Service: Transom gearcase optimization and the 3-cylinder engine block filled to exact capacity with premium Suzuki ECSTAR Marine Engine Oil. Suzuki OEM Installation Hardware: All heavy-duty structural transom mounting bolts, high-strength lock nuts, watertight sealing washers, and factory battery leads. Pre-Handover Test Run: Full diagnostics verification, including idle stability, 19-amp alternator charging output checks, Lean Burn Control tracking, and complete system health diagnostics via the Suzuki diagnostic interface.
