Suzuki strictly requires all high-power outboards to be professionally unboxed, rigged, fluid-serviced, and registered by an authorized dealer technician. Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified heavy-duty mechanical checklist and immediate electronic serial registration into the Suzuki Marine warranty database. Fluid Service: Transom gearcase check and the massive crankcase filled to exact capacity with premium Suzuki ECSTAR 4-Stroke Marine Engine Oil. Suzuki OEM Installation Hardware: Structural high-tensile transom mounting bolts, nuts, washers, and factory heavy-gauge battery leads. Pre-Handover Test Run: Full digital computer diagnostic checks, including idle calibration, multi-stage charging output validation, and power trim hydraulic bleeding.
