Turn-Key Professional Installation & Rigging Package To ensure optimal on-water performance and activate Suzuki Marine’s official 5-Year Factory Limited Warranty, this engine cannot be sold loose in a crate for DIY unboxing. Suzuki strictly requires all high-power outboards to be professionally unboxed, rigged, fluid-serviced, and registered by an authorized dealer technician to validate factory coverage. Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified mechanical checklist and immediate electronic serial registration into the Suzuki Marine warranty database to lock in your 5-year coverage. Fluid Service: Transom gearcase check and the engine crankcase filled to its exact 5.8-quart (5.5 Liter) capacity with premium marine engine oil. Suzuki OEM Installation Hardware: All heavy-duty high-tensile structural transom mounting bolts, nuts, washers, and factory heavy-gauge battery leads. Pre-Handover Test Run: Full system digital diagnostics verification up to operating temperature, including multi-port fuel injection balancing, 40-amp charging circuit verification, and power trim hydraulic system bleeding. ⚠️ Custom Rigging Options (Tailored to Your Boat) Because high-power remote outboards are rigged onto a vast array of hull configurations, all rigging parts are sold separately so we can design your helm setup from scratch: Propeller Selection Not Included: Due to the deep 2.59:1 gear ratio, this model can handle aggressive pitch profiles. We will spec and install the ideal aluminum or stainless steel propeller based on your hull dynamics. Helm Controls & Shift Cables: Designed to integrate with standard remote mechanical side-mount boxes or console-mount top binnacles. Mechanical shift/throttle cables will be cut precisely to match your helm distance. Fuel System Connection: Designed to interface directly with your vessel's built-in permanent fuel tank array or standalone heavy-duty external marine cells (sold separately).
