Our dealership provides a seamless, water-ready handover process that includes: Official Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Complete factory-certified mechanical checklist and immediate electronic registration into the Mercury Marine warranty database to validate your commercial coverage. Fluid Service: Large Command Thrust gearcase optimization and the 2.1L crankcase filled to exact capacity with premium Mercury FourStroke 25W-40 Marine Oil. Mercury OEM Installation Hardware: All heavy-duty, commercial-grade structural transom mounting bolts, high-strength lock nuts, watertight sealing washers, and factory battery leads. Pre-Handover Test Run: Full diagnostics verification, including idle stability, 35-amp alternator charging checks, fuel-delivery pressures, and complete system health diagnostics via the Mercury SmartCraft Engine Guardian interface.
