Why We Don't Accept Returns

Outboard motors and marine equipment are specialized, high-value items that require specific handling and storage. Once an engine leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition or maintenance history. To ensure all our customers receive brand-new, factory-sealed products or properly documented pre-owned equipment, we maintain a strict no-returns policy.

Before You Purchase

We strongly encourage you to:

• Consult with our knowledgeable staff to ensure you're selecting the right motor for your needs
• Review all product documentation and specifications carefully
• Verify the model number and specifications match your requirements

Manufacturer Defects

While we do not accept returns, all new products come with manufacturer warranties. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Portable Outboard Motors

We offer free shipping on all portable outboard motors to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or XPO Logistics.

• Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
• Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days
• Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 Business Days

Large Outboard Motors (Non-Portable)

Shipping for large outboard motors is not free and is calculated based on weight and destination.

• LTL Freight: Shipped via XPO Logistics.
• Quotes: Please contact us at (931) 243-4555 for a custom freight quote prior to purchase, or shipping will be calculated and billed at checkout.
• Delivery: Requires a delivery appointment and signature.

General Shipping Information

• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (CST)
• Delivery Appointments: XPO will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment before arrival.
• Liftgate Service: Complimentary liftgate delivery is included at no extra charge for residential deliveries.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your motor leaves our facility.

All new outboard motors come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms and coverage periods vary by manufacturer, model, and may be subject to promotional offers at the time of purchase.

Manufacturer Warranties

As an authorized dealer for Yamaha, Honda, Mercury, Suzuki, Tohatsu, and Freedom outboard motors, we can provide you with current warranty information for any specific model. Warranty coverage and terms are determined by the manufacturer and may include extended warranty options or promotional periods.
